Efficiency Tracker (ET) is a simple web-based tool to promote, track, and evaluate energy efficiency installations and DSM program performance. ET is a completely hosted solution that is configurable to the needs of the entity that will use it.

Efficiency Tracker (ET) is designed to include various energy efficiency program of any type, which offers assessment of project and Incentives for Installation and renovation of buildings for energy efficiency measures, to reduce energy demand through transformation programs.  ET's functionality will include the following:

• Programs and its attributes
• Program specific 'Phases and Project States' and 'Phases and Partner States'
• Definition and Tracking Partners involved in energy efficiency program
• Definition of Projects and Tracking Projects on various Phases and Project States.
• Report on Project History and Partner History
• Report on Project Activity and Partner Activity

Program Definition - Can define multiple energy efficiency Programs and its Attributes. Maintain and track 'Partners' and 'Projects' for various programs created. Each program includes attributes like Goal, Incentive, 'Phases and States' of Project, 'Phases and States' of Partner, Levels of Customer etc... Ad-hoc search screen to search programs

• Each Measure savings for 'Demand' and 'Energy' are tracked for each 'Project State'
• Each measure may be 'New' or 'Retrofit' and is tracked against each 'Project Number' and associated 'Building'
• Allows flexible definition of Incentives for Programs
• Tracks Incentives paid details by period (e.g., Annual)
• External files can be linked (Excel, PDF, and Doc)

Partner Management - Define and maintain customer - 'Partner'. Define Partners and relate them to the energy efficiency program they are involved. Acquire partner details and track them once they are enrolled into the project. Maintaining security, when each partner logs in, they could view only their information or their child partner's information. The Utility and user who has admin rights could view all the information of a partner along with Partner Pipeline, reports and dashboard.  As partner Phases and States are program specific, partners involved in a particular program move on program specific phases and states.

• Partners can be associated with multiple buildings and multiple Accounts
• Partner Account details can be input and associated with Meters
• Partner Building & Account relationships can be maintained
• Partner Address / Contact Details are input here
• Multiple Partner Comments can be tagged to each customer

Project Setup & Project Tracking - Setting up and managing projects includes adding measure to a building for tracking a project. Project setup creates system generated 'Reference #' and a separate Project number with four parameters.

Projects may be defined for multiple 'Customer Buildings' and Measure details are recorded for each Building of the Project.

Tracking is based on the measure, moving from one project state to other of a project, which was been defined when creating a program.

The ad-hoc search results in the projects, selecting a project number, leads to the first project state in the tracking screen. As project state is role specific, unauthorized user cannot use the tracking page. The system will be able to generate a 'Project History Report' which provides data about the project in a chronological order. Can add / download external files in any project state.
